As most dealerships, at first they treat you so nice and after the purchase and they got your money. All customer service goes downhill. 2024 we bought a 35' George town motor home. We'll it as been nothing but problems and cumping world didn't keep their word on repairing things from the beginning , like bad windows , bad trim install. We had planned a trip a week after we bought it.And the generator went out within the first two days of purchase. Now the toilet's not flushing. The radio screen is completely out and I just call, oh. We were on a new trip and ask if I could talk to the service department to do the trouble shooting myself and see if they could help me and they denied me talking to a service employee and we're not willing to answer any of my questions. All they wanted to do is take more money. I sure won't recommend any of my friends or family to buy a RV there.
